The Blogger Collaboration Trio with Kelli Marissa from Starrily is a gorgeous trio of three polishes consisting of three galactic themed polishes in different finishes including holographic, shimmer, and flakes and it is completely insanely gorgeous! This trio has a galaxy inspired theme behind it that is out of this world and I am loving these beauties which you can likely tell if you follow my social media pages and have seen my posting and stories about them so far. Keeping them secret has been SO HARD! Enough gushing though let’s get into the good stuff…all the photos!
These will be available for pre-order beginning on March 28th and retail for $15 each, so snag them from the links above and outfit your nails with some out of this world sparkle.
Each of the swatches shown is two thin coats of polish and one layer of Top Coat from Glisten & Glow unless otherwise noted. All images are shown under Ottlite bulbs as well. To watch the live swatch click here.
“Galaxy Gang” is a dusky lavender linear holographic with a sunset shimmer throughout. This is a very shifty color and it can look so different in various lighting, it is shown above under Ottlite bulbs but if you’re in a darker area it can lean more towards plum, out in the sun it’s brighter and a lot more shimmer can come through. Unfortunately the day I swatched these it was pouring so I was unable to catch more angles to this color to show off, but the ones I did catch simply stunning. I love the shimmer so much in this one and of course purple is my favorite color.
“Deep Space” is a black jelly base filled with multi-chrome flakes and a sprinkling of holographic micro-glitter. This is a very pretty galaxy themed polish and while flakes are not my favorite finish ever, you know if you’ve hung around enough I’ve said it a lot, but I can admit when a flake filled polish is pretty and this one is. The dash of holo within it gives it a little something extra and is what makes it fit into the galaxy theme so well in my own little opinion.
The following photos are just three layers of the polish and then one layer of top coat:
The following photos are one layer of polish alone, then one sponged on top of that, and one layer of top coat:
The following photos are just one layer over a black creme polish and one layer of top coat:
“Intergalactic” is a silver linear holographic micro-glitter topper in a clear base. This is one that if you want to wear alone you’ll get more payoff sponging on than using the brush so it’s shown above in three coats alone, one coat then sponged on, and then applied over a black creme polish as a topper. I tried to show it in all the ways it could be used with a variety of colors as well so you can really see this polishes full potential. I think this is going to be so fun to play with over some Spring manis, give them a little extra kick of sparkle in a season where cremes always seem to dominate the scene.
Overall these are super gorgeous, yes even the flaky polish, my favorite though it a tough tie between Galaxy Gang and Intergalactic because Galaxy Gang is purple of course, but come on Intergalactic is so gorgeous. Intergalactic is also insanely versatile for use alone and as a topper, I also have the feeling it would be the perfect glitter base for some Sharpie nail designs. Enough of my creative rambling though check them out, hit up the live swatch, and snag up some out of this world gorgeousness for yourself!
